What Ike Left Behind

These were photos taken by SKYWARN Storm Spotters from Nacogdoches on Saturday, when Ike wreaked havoc. We would like to send our thanks to Carey Libby and Michael Vinther for taking these pictures and presenting them for us to show you.

These scenes were quite common across East Texas as Hurricane Force winds knocked down trees and scattered tree limbs and debris across roadways and yards. It was the hurricane force winds that led to numerous power outages, especially in our central and western counties.
